With 38 years of passionate dedication to the industry, Stefano brings an equitable approach to the inner workings of the day to day processes of the collision repair industry.  With in-depth knowledge and multiple achievements under him, he has the ability to convey knowledge when working with multiple learning styles. Over 12 years as an I-CAR instructor presenting in class and hands-on accreditation training, he has worked with multiple people all at different places in their careers.  Having gained experience on the floor as a refinish technician and as a licensed journeyman, moving into administrative roles and corporate positions, he has experienced the repair process from multiple levels. Putting these skill sets to work with I-CAR instructing and incorporating that with over 6 years of secondary level teaching, learning new processes and teaching methods is paramount to keeping on top of the advancements of the industry.

Passion for the industry comes through in the teaching accomplishments with his highschool students bringing home 10 medals over 4 competitions with Skills Alberta. The dedication continues as Stefano is currently the committee chair for the Autobody component of the Skills Alberta Competition. These students have also participated in various automotive shows displaying their achievements to the public with pride. In order to gain these accolades, Stefano continues, with dedication, consistently with upgrading his knowledge by embracing continued education to stay abreast of what is now industry norms relating to technological advancements in the collision repair industry.
